Translation
With the Air Reviews app, you can easily translate and customize your reviews to connect with a global audience. Let’s walk you through the steps to set up translations in a user-friendly way.
Who can use this feature?
This feature is available in all plans.
1. Access the Air Reviews App
Open the Air Reviews app from your Shopify dashboard. You’ll find it in the list of installed apps.
In the left-hand menu, select "Translations". This is where you can manage all language settings for your reviews.
2. Customize Traslations Settings
Choose Your Primary Language: Here, you can select the primary language you want your reviews to be displayed in.
The app supports a variety of languages including English, Spanish, Hindi, French, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
Customize Labels: You can also personalize the text for different elements of your review section:
Review Box: Modify how the review appears to your customers.
Submit Review Form: Customize the form that customers fill out to leave a review.
Verified Badge: Adjust the text for badges that verify a review's authenticity.
Request Edit Review: Change the message for requests to edit a review.
Save Your Settings: After you’ve made your selections and customizations, don’t forget to click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
