Manage reviews is a where you can oversee all of your reviews and conveniently handle these reviews, from featuring, replying, adding badge to requesting to edit them,... This guide will walk you all.

Head to the Air Reviews app and select "Manage Reviews" from the left-hand menu.
Click on the button to choose whether you want the review to be Published or Unpublished.
You can have a look at the reviews in the Published tab
And definitely, you can view all of your reviews in the Unpublished tab.
Click on the heart icon button to feature review.
Featured reviews will automatically be displayed on Review carousel, Review sidebar.
You can also pin a review of your choice by clicking on the needle icon button.
Click on the more action button, where you have other options to manage your reviews:
Add verified badge: Click on this setting to add a "tick" next to the review.
Add to testimonials: Click to add the review to your testimonials section on your store.
Switch to "Trash" tab to view the recently deleted reviews.
