Manage reviews

Manage reviews is a where you can oversee all of your reviews and conveniently handle these reviews, from featuring, replying, adding badge to requesting to edit them,... This guide will walk you all.

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available in all plans.

1. Navigate to Manage Reviews

Head to the Air Reviews app and select "Manage Reviews" from the left-hand menu.

2. Update the reviews status

Click on the button to choose whether you want the review to be Published or Unpublished.

You can have a look at the reviews in the Published tab

And definitely, you can view all of your reviews in the Unpublished tab.

3. Feature the reviews

Click on the heart icon button to feature review.

Featured reviews will automatically be displayed on Review carousel, Review sidebar.

There is no limit to the number of reviews to be featured.

4. Pin the reviews

You can also pin a review of your choice by clicking on the needle icon button.

Pinned reviews will be displayed on top of the Review box.

5. Add verified badge and Add to testimonials

Click on the more action button, where you have other options to manage your reviews:

• Add verified badge: Click on this setting to add a "tick" next to the review.

• Add to testimonials: Click to add the review to your testimonials section on your store.

6. Trash

This feature is available for Pro user and above.

Switch to "Trash" tab to view the recently deleted reviews.
