### **What is the Google Top Quality Store Badge?**

The **Google Top Quality Store Badge** is awarded to merchants who meet strict performance standards in areas such as returns, browsing experience, and purchasing. This badge, when displayed on your store, signals trustworthiness and quality to potential customers.

**Air Reviews** allows you to integrate this badge directly into your store - **no code needed**, right after you meet all the Google standards, enhancing visibility and credibility.

{% hint style="info" %}
Disclaimer: Air Reviews only supports integrating the badge to your store, whether Google approves top quality store or not depends on your store performance.
{% endhint %}

### How does it work?

You need to have a [Merchant Center account](https://merchants.google.com/mc/) and have approved products first to enroll in this program. Your progress will be monitored automatically, and [benefits](https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/14261098#benefits) will be applied to your offers when you meet a certain performance threshold.

> For example, your Delivery category score will contain metric scores for your delivery time and delivery cost. For each metric in each category, you'll be given a rating of 'Low', 'Fair' , 'Good', 'Great' or 'Exceptional' that will also determine your overall quality score. To earn the 'Top Quality Store' badge, you must rank as 'Exceptional' in your overall quality score.

{% hint style="info" %}
You don't need to rank as 'Exceptional' in each category to rank as 'Exceptional' in your overall quality score.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Bear in mind that there are no program penalties for not meeting a certain performance standard. You just won't receive the benefits listed below.
