Introduction

The Helpful/Unhelpful Reviews feature in Air Reviews allows customers to mark reviews as helpful by clicking a "like" button with a counter. This feature helps reinforce trust among potential buyers and encourages them to make a purchase by highlighting reviews that resonate with other shoppers.

1. Enable in Branding menu

In the Air Reviews app, navigate to the Branding menu on the left-hand side.

Follow the interactive guide to enable the Helpful/Unhelpful Reviews button feature, which will be visible on the storefront next to reviews.

2. Check storefront display of the buttons

Once enabled, visit your storefront to see how the helpful reviews button appears and how customers can rate the reviews.

The like button will be displayed next to each review, with a counter showing how many customers have marked the review as helpful.

3. Monitor the number of helpful and unhelpful ratings in Manage reviews

Lastly, go to Manage Reviews to track helpful/unhelpful ratings.
