# Helpful/ Unhelpful reviews

### Introduction

The **Helpful/Unhelpful Reviews** feature in Air Reviews allows customers to mark reviews as helpful by clicking a "like" button with a counter. ### 1. Enable in Branding menu

In the **Air Reviews** app, navigate to the **Branding** menu on the left-hand side.
